Out of hours emergency support
Should an emergency situation occur during normal office hours, property owners should contact our Customer Service Department on 08451 947044, or if applicable, their onsite Development Manager.
Outside of office hours you will be referred to the Consort 'Out of Hours' service, which will be able to assist and offer advice with regard to the emergency problem.
Some emergency situations may require the appointment of contractors to attend the site; other situations may be covered by our insurers, in which case your call will be referred directly to the insurers for their action. Please note that as managing agent, Consort Property Management is not responsible for repairs within a property owner's individual property.
