You can make payments to us in the following ways

Online with a debit or credit card
You can pay online with a debit or credit card via this website using your Consort account. It's safe, simple and secure. If you haven't registered yet, you can also do this online. We'll send you your account password in the post, giving you instant access to your online account and the ability to make online payments.

Call us
You can use our secure 24hr Automated payment line. Just call 08451 947044 (lo-call) and select 'Option 1'. There's no charge for using debit cards.

If you want to pay by credit card, please be aware that there is a 1.75% administration charge set by the credit card company which we pass on to them.

By cheque or bank transfer
We accept cheques via post. You'll find the return address at the bottom of your invoice. Please make cheques payable to 'Consort Property Management' and remember to write your account number on the back. If you want to make a payment via bank transfer, please call us for advice.

By Direct Debit
If you don't have an existing Direct Debit arrangement but you'd like to, just call our Direct Debit team on 01582 393700 or email us directdebit@consortpm.co.uk.

Once you're set up, payments will be made automatically, in easy instalments.

Yes, Consort Online is a password-protected website. The process of logging in is made secure by encrypting your login details via a secure SSL security certificate. Once logged in, all the subsequent pages that are viewed are secure and encrypted. If you use an incorrect password five times, the system will temporarily lock your account effectively preventing unauthorised access.

When making a card payment you will be connected to the Sage Pay secure server to verify the transaction. Sage Pay provides an extremely secure, state of the art internet payment service platform. Its services, which have been audited and approved by all major UK acquiring banks, are amongst the most advanced in the industry. Sage Pay employs very high levels of encryption, backed by VeriSign, to find, connect, secure and transact online business.

If you own or rent a property at a development managed by Consort Property Management, you can register online for an individual online account.

To register, simply visit http://www.consortpm.co.uk click through using the button on the homepage and follow the easy steps.

Should you experience a problem trying to make an online payment via Consort Online, please check you have correctly entered your details. If you continue to have problems, please consult your card issuer. Occasionally, card issuers will prevent online payments being made.

There are several possible reasons for this:

1) There are insufficient funds on the card
2) The transaction is for a high or unusual value
3) The card has been reported lost or stolen
4) The card number is incorrect or the account is closed
