Our senior Consort property management team is led by Mike Dowland, who has extensive experience of managing large scale, more complex residential developments.
Your Development Manager
Our Consort Development Managers are dedicated to providing a quality day-to-day property management service onsite at your residential development.
They are supported by site staff such as concierges, handymen, cleaners and gardeners capable of carrying out their duties to a consistently high standard.
Our Property Management Team
Many of our operations team are members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), or are working towards IRPM Accreditation.
In support of the Senior Property Management team our office based Consort Business Coordinators are on hand to answer individual customer enquiries.
And to ensure that you are able to contact us at anytime - we also have a dedicated Customer Services team that can answer maintenance and accounts queries or general issues relating to your development.
