As well as arranging the regular maintenance of facilities and systems we plan for major works including external repairs and re-decorations.

We ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and only use SAFEcontractor registered contractors.

We ensure that we provide clear and concise major works reporting of budgets and programme.

Managing Environmental Issues

Naturally, environmental issues are an important consideration for any new build development.

We are members of the UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC) whose mission is to dramatically improve the sustainability of the built environment, by radically transforming the way it is planned, designed, constructed, maintained and operated.

We’re delighted to work with developer and RMC clients to understand and reflect their commitment to these issues. Our property management team have relevant experience of managing a number of these new concepts and technologies, for example:
